CLASS OF 1960 50th CLASS REUNION
Dear Classmates,
Can you believe it 2010 will mark fifty years since we strolled the halls of Aliquippa High School.
Unfortunately due to diminishing enrollment and the cost to update the building, the old Aliquippa High School building was demolished last year, but will remain in our hearts and memories forever. The old Aliquippa High School was built in 1923, dedicated in 1924, and demolished in 2009 to provide space for a new stadium and running track, so I am told.
Please join us to renew old forgotten friendships and happy carefree times of our high school days.
The reunion committee has made plans for our 50th class reunion to be held the weekend of August 6th & 7th, 2010 at The Club at Shadow Lakes, formerly (The Beaver Lakes Country Club) 2000 Beaver Lakes Blvd. in Aliquippa. Classmates & spouses or guests are welcome to attend an informal gathering with complementary cocktails & appetizers on Friday evening August 6th 2010 at 7:30 pm. The formal gathering will be held August 7th 2010 at 6:00 pm.
Invitations and complete details will be sent to you in the near future. If you have not been able to attend in the past, please make a special effort to be with us for a pleasant and memorable evening. Hotel accommodations are being handled by the Beaver Valley Hampton Inn at 202 Fairview Drive Monaca
PA 15061 and can be reached by phone. Phone number is 724-774-5580, Fax number is 724-774-5579
When registering at the Beaver Valley Hampton Inn please use Hotel Code # BFPPAHX and group code # CHXA60. The Breakfast Bar is included in the group rate of $94.00 plus tax for two queen sized beds. If you
are attending with a friend, or other classmate you may want to share the accommodations and cost. In order
to receive the $94.00 rate you must book your hotel accommodations 3 weeks before the event.

We are still looking for former classmates and asking for your assistance in locating them. If there are any changes in the profile of our classmates, such as name, address, email, telephone number, and if deceased, the
year of their passing. Please provide us with the updated information by email, or please write to us.
